What it takes to qualify

Worth a closer look

  • The Contractor shall provide professional development training courses for Air Force Total Force (ANG, AFRC, AD military, and civilian employees) on skills needed to support the Air Force mission.
  • The Contractor shall provide training with no travel costs through a combination of on-line "self-paced" training and webinars allowing live interaction.
  • The Contractor shall provide controls on employee course/library access through an on-line course approval process.
  • The Contractor shall provide administrative course progress report services to help manage the overall program including but not limited to demand reports providing data on user course progress (started/completed), user list, course list, course assignments, etc.
  • The Contractor shall set up user accounts in the system. Accounts will be equipped for state license numbers, course completion certificates and data/history archiving.
  • The Contractor shall establish safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to user information and to ensure only appropriate authorized users (DAF AD Military, DAF Civilians, AFRC, and ANG personnel) can access course materials/training hours.
  • The Contractor shall provide an extensive (2000+ courses/webinars) library of professional/technical engineering and architectural courses. This shall include new course releases and updates as they become available during the period of performance. Majority of courses shall provide accredited Continuing Education Units (CEUs)/Professional Development Hours (PDHs) relative to engineering and architectural license renewals that comply with state and national agencies. Courses shall be available to Air Force Total Force (CONUS/OCONUS) with 24/7 web-based access.
  • The contractor will provide a live webinar to support users and will also provide information needed to ensure users are successful in this program.
  • The contractor will provide access for 3500 hours of training.
