The work
Provide leased modular buildings for detention, interview, and court units at approximately 50 ICE locations nationwide
- Field Detention Unit: approximately 900 sf, secure holding and processing, counter-style processing space, climate controlled, connected to grid power or generator, integrated toilet and sink, connected to existing utilities or provided by contractor, cleaning service 3 times per week
- Interview Processing Unit: approximately 300 sf, secure interviewing and processing, climate controlled, connected to grid power or generator, cleaning service 3 times per week
- Virtual Immigration Court Unit: approximately 60 sf, secure EIOR hearings, climate controlled, connected to grid power or generator, cleaning service 3 times per week
- All units: installed behind existing security fencing on asphalt or concrete surface, rated for local building codes for wind speeds, ADA entry ramps

- The service provider is prohibited from making modifications to any existing facilities at the facility location without prior notice of the CO and COR.
- The service provider shall participate in responding to all requests for information and inspection/ review findings by regulatory agencies.
- The service provider's representatives shall meet with the COR(s) on a regular basis as determined necessary by the Government.
