The work
Acceptance Testing support services for Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and other ancillary services such as Program Management support
- All personnel must receive favorable TSA suitability determination
- All material marked SSI shall be protected via TSA approved procedures
- Maintain 99% Test Article Accountability at all times
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy of 97%
- Minimum refresh rate of test kits specified

- The Government may conduct monthly random customer satisfaction surveys regarding the key/core personnel performance
- Customer complaints must set forth clearly and in writing the detailed nature of the complaint, must be signed, and must be forwarded to the COR/TM
- The Contractor shall maintain a deliverable acceptance rate of at least 95%
- The Contractor shall maintain a report acceptance rate of acceptance rate of at least 95%
Experience
- At least 1 similar work — Experience performing or supporting Acceptance Testing for Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) or other complex operational systems
- Experience reviewing third-party organizations' self-acceptance test reports
- Experience dealing with schedule changes, shifts, and delays
- Experience with remote and document-based review
Certifications and registrations
SECRET security clearancePersonnel must be able to receive or currently hold SECRET clearance
Program Management experienceMinimum of five years of Project Management experience
Transportation Security Equipment testing knowledgeMinimum of five years working with Transportation Security Equipment testing and knowledge of Acceptance Testing processes
Test Article Hardware expertiseMinimum of seven years experience supporting complex integrated technologies/systems with knowledge of test article complete lifecycle
Software development and managementExperience managing software activities including development, testing, and integration
