NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center requires engineering services for ground systems and mission operations support through all phases of a mission life cycle, including concept studies, design, development, integration, test, verification, operations and sustainment. Work is issued through Government task orders covering systems engineering, ground system support, flight operations, flight dynamics, sustaining engineering and information technology. The contract is administered at Goddard Space Flight Center, with some systems located at external facilities.

- Contractor must supply personnel holding Secret, Top Secret and TS/SCI clearances as required by task orders
