The contractor shall provide the report within two (2 days of completion of service of equipment listed in Appendix B of the PWS.
One (1) copy of each submittal shall be provided electronically to each addressee in block 16 in Microsoft Office compatible format.
Date of first/subsequent submission: Immediately and an email copy of the mishap/incident notification NLT three (3) calendar days after accident/incident.
Submit plan within 30 days after contract award or within 14 days after the need for changes to an existing QCP.
