Worth a closer look

• Refer to the information included in the Solicitation Survey as well as Section M of the solicitation. These sections provide information on when subcontractor qualifications/experience can be submitted for consideration of the prime.
• The solicitation does not include clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting. As such, there is not a minimum percentage of work that the prime must self-perform. However, the prime remains responsible for contract management, oversight, performance, etc.
• The listed storm/service quantities are estimates only, and are the maximum number of storms included in the solicitation and resultant Purchase Order. The Contractor shall only be paid for the actual number of services performed. There is no minimum payment guaranteed or standby compensation. Payment is per storm only, regardless of the number of passes completed. Refer to response 9 provided in a previous amendment.
