- The contractor must coordinate with the Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to schedule pickup of all curtains currently stored at the Government-designated warehouse
- The contractor must provide all transportation necessary to safely collect and transport the curtains from the storage warehouse to the contractor's cleaning facility and subsequently to the Home of the Commandant
- The contractor must use appropriate protective coverings and work practices to prevent dust, debris, cleaning products, tools, equipment, or other materials from damaging the interior of the Home of the Commandant
