- This is for the acquisition of non-commercial items. DLA Weapons Support Mechanicsburg is leveraging the procedures of FAR 12.001(b), as directed by FAR 18.001(d), to procure these non-commercial items in accordance with the new FAR Overhaul guidance. The use of these procedures does not constitute a determination that the items being acquired are commercial. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria per DFARS 215.101-2-70(a)(1)(i). This solicitation is being issued under SEPA-EAF Authority.
