The US Army wants a commercially available or non-developmental light tactical trailer, the LTT-HC, to carry electric generators. It plans about 720 trailers over two years and up to 1,500 over five years, in two models, one with a generator mounting kit. The contract is fixed-price, up to a five-year base with possible options.
