The US Army Futures Command's Command and Control Cross-Functional Team is seeking white papers for research and development in four areas: the Unified Network, the Common Operating Environment, Joint and Coalition Interoperability, and Command Post Mobility and Survivability. Selected offerors may be invited to a no-cost technology demonstration and then to submit a proposal. Awards may take the form of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements or Other Transactions, and the announcement remains open for five years.
