The closed call runs over five years, with a two-step submission: first a white paper, then a full proposal if requested.

- Vendors with experience in advanced sensor technologies, advanced processing, or advanced countermeasures
- Submissions must comply with the Agile Mission Suite Government Reference Architecture or include a roadmap to compliance
- Vendors must have current NIST assessments uploaded to SPRS, not older than three years
