Research into cyber-secure avionics, open systems and electronic warfare for US Air Force platforms

The US Air Force Research Laboratory seeks research and development into identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in avionics systems, protecting them from cyber-attack, simulation for advanced sensor and avionics technologies, platform architecture technologies, and open system architecture standards for current and next-generation weapon systems in multi-domain environments. Avionics covers manned, unmanned, autonomous and remotely piloted vehicles, on-board intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems, electronic warfare systems, munitions and related equipment or subsystems. This is an open solicitation under which calls are issued.
