The contractor supplies containers for unscheduled collections and all labour, supervision, tools, materials and equipment. The contract is firm fixed price for recurring work plus an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity portion for non-recurring work, with a 12-month base period and seven 12-month option periods.
