The USDA Forest Service is gathering information on small businesses that can provide wildfire suppression, hazardous fuels reduction and other all-hazard incident support on a national basis. Services include food, hydration, heavy equipment, medical, repair, sanitation, communications, traffic control, mobile offices, power and waste management. This is a sources sought notice, not a request for proposal; no contract is guaranteed.
Who can win it
- Must be a qualified small business under NAICS code 115310 Fuels Management Services and/or Forest Fire Suppression
- Must have performed similar projects such as wildfire suppression, hazardous fuels reduction or incident support
- Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive a federal award
