The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is buying new laboratory, information technology and furniture equipment for its Mexico weapons programme. Goods must be delivered to an INL warehouse in Brownsville, Texas, within 60 calendar days of award, packed and labelled by end user, with an original equipment manufacturer warranty valid in Mexico. No installation is required.
