The U.S. Forest Service seeks commercially available software and system support services for the Operational Loads Monitoring System (OLMS), a web-based application that analyses operational loads data from air tankers used in aerial firefighting. The work covers software licensing, maintenance and system support, data and analysis, hosting, and multi-factor authentication, with transition-in and transition-out support. OLMS currently supports fewer than fifteen users.

- Offeror must have a Unique Entity Identifier and be registered in SAM at time of award
- Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
