The US Army Corps of Engineers Europe District plans a Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract for construction projects in Lithuania, and possibly Latvia and Estonia. The contract would have a five-year ordering period with a maximum capacity of $49.5M shared among awardees. Work covers repair, maintenance, asbestos abatement, renovation, roads, demolition, electrical, mechanical, concrete, force protection and environmental remedial work.
Who can win it
- Experience performing similar construction work and ability to run multiple projects at once in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia
- If no Baltic experience, ability to perform there in future through a joint venture or teaming arrangement
