o presente edital tem por objeto o credenciamento de pessoas jurídicas para prestação de serviços de atendimento hospitalar, destinados aos beneficiários dos Fundos de Assistência à Saúde – FAS e do Fundo de Assistência à Saúde da Câmara – FASC, gerenciados pelo Instituto de Previdência Social do Município de Campinas – CAMPREV. O escopo compreende a execução de serviços hospitalares de média e alta complexidade, em caráter eletivo, de urgência e emergência, internações, procedimentos cirúrgicos, exames, terapias e demais procedimentos correlatos, em estrita conformidade com as condições, critérios técnicos e assistenciais estabelecidos no Edital, no Termo de Referência e em seus anexos.
