[Portal de Compras Públicas] - Necessidade de empresa especializada nos serviços de exames admissionais/demissionais, perícias médicas, juntas médicas, parecer técnico sobre laudo de aposentadoria e análise e preenchimento de requerimento do COMPREV, para apuração de incapacidade laborativa, ou não, de servidores públicos municipais efetivos, lotados na Prefeitura Municipal de Tapes, assim como a reavaliação dos aposentados por incapacidade junto à contratante, mediante laudo médico pericial. O Parecer Técnico sobre Laudo de Aposentadoria Especial deverá ser a teor do disposto no Anexo IV da Portaria nº. 1467/2022, art. 7º. A análise e preenchimento do COMPREV será para atender a legislação federal, Lei nº. 9.796, de 05 de maio de 1999.
