O objeto do presente instrumento é a contratação de empresa do ramo de engenharia para execução da recuperação da Torre de Treinamento do Pelotão Floresta do 1º Batalhão de Bombeiro Militar do CBMRS, compreendendo serviços preliminares, segurança e acesso para trabalho em altura, recuperação estrutural de elementos de concreto armado, revestimentos e pintura, adequações das instalações hidráulicas e elétricas, testes, limpeza final e entrega da obra, suficientemente especificada nos projetos, memoriais e especificações técnicas, detalhes, catálogo de componentes e planilha orçamentária, que serão prestados nas condições estabelecidas no Termo de Referência, Anexo V ao Termo.
