Os equipamentos deverão atender estritamente aos padrões de qualidade, desempenho, especificações técnicas, garantias, quantitativos e demais condições e exigências constantes neste Termo de Referência e em seus anexos, visando suprir as demandas operacionais do município no apoio aos produtores rurais e no fortalecimento da agricultura familiar local.
