O objeto do presente procedimento é o credenciamento de Instituições de Ensino Superior para formalização de convênio com o Governo do Estado de Alagoas, por intermédio da Secretaria de Estado do Planejamento, Gestão e Patrimônio – SEPLAG, no âmbito do Programa de Estágio Não Obrigatório de Nível Superior, conforme Decreto Estadual nº 73.715, de 18 de março de 2021, e demais normas aplicáveis. Além disso, a ver que a Secretaria de Estado do Planejamento, Gestão e Patrimônio - SEPLAG, como gerenciadora e operacionalizadora do Programa, por meio desta Governança, tem a competência de credenciar as Instituições de Ensino Superior - IES, mediante instrumento convocatório e celebração de termo de convênio, apresenta-se minuta de edital para credenciamento das IES, com os respectivos anexos.
