O objeto deste Edital é o credenciamento, no Estado de São Paulo, de Organizações Civis de Saúde (OCS) e de Profissionais de Saúde Autônomos (PSA) para a prestação de serviços médicos ambulatoriais, hospitalares, odontológicos, exames laboratoriais, entre outros, aos militares, dependentes, pensionistas e servidores civis, que tiverem direito à assistência médico-hospitalar, nos termos da Lei nº 6.880, de 1980, e respectiva regulamentação.
