Credenciamento de pessoas jurídicas especializadas na prestação de serviços gráficos para atendimento das demandas da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Ceará (ALECE). O objeto compreende a execução de serviços sob demanda, sem exclusividade e sob condições padronizadas, abrangendo diversos materiais e serviços gráficos. A distribuição das demandas será efetuada por meio de sistema de rodízio, conforme as especificações e exigências estabelecidas no Edital e em seu Termo de Referência. A participação no credenciamento não gera direito subjetivo à contratação nem estabelece consumo mínimo obrigatório por parte da Administração.
