O objeto deste Termo de Referencia e o credenciamento de Organizacoes da Sociedade Civil com ou sem fins lucrativos para a prestacao do Servico de Acolhimento Institucional na modalidade Abrigo Institucional destinado ao atendimento de a Criancas e adolescentes de 0 zero a 18 dezoito anos incompletos de ambos os sexos incluindo crianca e adolescente com deficiencia PCD afastados do convivio familiar por determinacao judicial. b Idosos com 60 anos ou mais de ambos os sexos independentes e ou com diversos graus de dependencia exclusivamente nos casos em que houver determinacao judicial em carater excepcional quando inexistir outras alternativas. c Jovens e adultos com deficiencia cujos vinculos familiares estejam rompidos ou fragilizados exclusivamente nos casos em que houver determinacao judicial em carater excepcional quando inexistir outras alternativas.
