Constitui objeto deste Termo de Referência o credenciamento de pessoa física e/ou pessoa jurídica especializada na prestação de serviços de Fonoaudiologia para atendimento aos alunos matriculados na Rede Municipal de Educação do Município de Ilicínea/MG, mediante encaminhamento da Secretaria Municipal de Educação. Os serviços compreenderão avaliação fonoaudiológica, elaboração de plano terapêutico, atendimentos individuais, orientações à família e à equipe escolar, emissão de relatórios técnicos e demais atividades inerentes à atuação do profissional, conforme necessidade identificada pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação.
