CONCESSÃO DE SERVIÇOS PÚBLICOS, de uso de Pontos de Táxi, neste Município, que será regida pela Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 e suas alterações posteriores e Decreto Municipal nº 001/2024, bem como pelas Leis Municipais nº 3.348/2010, nº 3.467/2011 e nº 4.034/2015, e, pelo previsto no Edital e seus Anexos, pelo prazo de 05 (cinco) anos, renovável por igual período de conformidade com a Lei Municipal de nº 531/71, se for interesse de ambas as partes, conforme especificados no Anexo I - Termo de Referência/Especificações.
