O presente pregão tem por objeto Órteses e Próteses e Materiais Especiais (CATETERES, FIO GUIA E OUTROS), sob forma de CONSIGNAÇÃO, pelo Sistema de Registro de Preços, pelo período de 12 (doze) meses, podendo a ata de registro de preços ser prorrogada, no todo ou em parte, até o limite estabelecido do Regulamento Interno de licitações do Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, mediante acordo entre as partes, para o GRUPO HOSPITALAR CONCEIÇÃO S.A. e Filiais, descritas no Anexo I neste Edital, conforme condições estabelecidas na Portaria GM/MS 2.036, de 04.11.2002.
