O certame cumpre as diretrizes da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, Resolução CONTRAN nº 1025/2026 e a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (Lei nº 12.305/2010), visando o esvaziamento dos pátios e a destinação ambientalmente correta dos materiais.
