Le présent appel d’offres porte sur la réalisation des travaux de chapes relatifs à la construction de la nouvelle école primaire de Magliaso, de locaux de protection civile (PCi) ainsi qu’à l’aménagement des espaces extérieurs adjacents. Le bâtiment de l’école primaire (EP) occupe une emprise au sol de 13,55 m x 64,75 m et se développe sur deux niveaux hors sol et un niveau enterré. Les façades du bâtiment sont en béton apparent.
