l presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione delle opere da impianto di riscaldamento e impianto sanitario. Il progetto riguarda la nuova sede amministrativa dell’Azienda Multiservizi Bellinzona (AMB), situata al mappale 2302 in Via Seghezzone 1 a Giubiasco. L’edificio ha una superficie di riferimento energetico (SRE) pari a 1’408 m² ed è stato progettato come nuova costruzione conforme allo standard Minergie-A.
