Cleaning services for daycare centres and after-school care in Chemnitz, for cleaning firms with three comparable contracts and certified staff

The City of Chemnitz is awarding contracts for ongoing, basic and special cleaning in daycare centres and after-school care facilities. The work is divided into three lots: South 2 with 4,236 square metres, West 1 with 4,742 square metres and West 2 with 3,238 square metres. Contracts are awarded on price alone.

Who can win it

• At least three comparable cleaning contracts, each with contact person, service type, contract value and execution period
• A site manager with at least a qualification as Fachwirt für Reinigungs- und Hygienemanagement, trained building cleaner or comparable
• A certified disinfectant specialist (geprüfter Desinfektor) must be employed
