Lot 1 covers about 13,000 m² of floor area, about 1,700,000 m² of annual cleaning and about 12,000 daytime hours per year; Lot 2 covers about 4,500 m² of glass. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but all trades within a lot must be offered.
