Electromechanical lock replacement in five Helsinki residential buildings, for lock and access control contractors

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy will replace apartment and common-area locks with electromechanical systems in five properties in Helsinki. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers Messitytönkatu 5 and Messitytönkuja 4; Lot 2 covers Tulisuontie 4, Kreijarinkuja 1 and Fallpakankuja 5 and 8. Work follows the YSE general conditions for construction contracts.
