The Syndicat des Eaux du Soissonnais et du Valois is setting up a framework agreement for electricity supply and delivery, including access to the public distribution network, balancing responsibility and associated services such as a web platform and billing flows. The framework runs until completion of the subsequent contracts.

• Must provide bank declaration or proof of professional risk insurance
• Must show professional qualification certificates and/or similar references from the last three years
