Hiring of 12 non-electric sedan cars with drivers on a monthly basis, each running 3,000 km and 364 hours, for the power plants of IPGCL/PPCL at IP Estate and Bawana, Delhi. The contract runs 12 months and the vehicles are used for CISF and power plant operations, including night shifts. Estimated value is INR 4,662,857 including all taxes.

Who can win it

• Average annual turnover of at least INR 15 lakh over the last three financial years
• Completed similar non-electric sedan hire work for government or PSU: one job of at least INR 39.17 lakh, or two of INR 24.48 lakh, or three of INR 19.58 lakh
• Registered office in Delhi and a fleet of at least 12 sedans or SUVs of model year 2023 or later, registered in the bidder's name
