Servicing of EPIRB and SART equipment on an Indian Coast Guard ship, for the original equipment maker or its authorised service firm
The Indian Coast Guard requires annual servicing of one Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon and two Search and Rescue Transponders on ICGS C-148. Work covers inspection, functional testing, battery and programming checks, and issue of a service certificate, performed at the buyer's premises in Paradip, Jagatsinghapur. The contract runs for 3 months and is reserved for the equipment manufacturer or its authorised firm.
Who can win it
- Bidder must be the equipment manufacturer or an authorised firm of the manufacturer
- At least 2 years of past experience providing similar services to a Central or State Government organisation or public sector undertaking
- Micro and Small Enterprises and DPIIT-registered startups are exempt from the experience and turnover criteria
