The total requirement is 17,250 man-days across four categories: highly skilled foremen/supervisors (1,950), skilled welders/fitters/electricians/plumbers/valve technicians/millwright fitters/instrument technicians (2,550), semi-skilled riggers/grinders/gas cutters/scaffolders/tack welders (9,750), and helpers/unskilled workers (3,000).
