• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied similar products to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU for 3 financial years
• OEM must have an average annual turnover of at least INR 1 lakh over the last 3 years
• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied at least 10% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years
