• Must be a Micro or Small Enterprise (MSE) with a valid Udyam Certificate and be the manufacturer or OEM of the offered product
• OEM must have average annual turnover of at least INR 3 lakh in the last three years
• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied same or similar products to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU for at least 2 years
