Who can win it
- Only holders of a BIS licence for IS/IEC 60947-2:2003, or their authorised dealers, may bid
- Bidder or its OEM must have supplied the same or similar products for 20% of the bid quantity in one of the last three financial years to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU
- Bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must be registered with the Competent Authority
