Who can win it

• Average annual turnover of at least INR 13 lakh over the last three years
• At least 5 years of past experience providing similar services to a Central or State Government organisation or public sector unit
• A chartered accountant partnership firm or LLP registered in India, existing 15 years or more, with 5 full-time CA/CMA partners and 5 paid qualified CA/CMA staff
