- If the bidder is a DPIIT registered Startup, the bidder shall be relaxed from the eligibility criteria of "Experience Criteria" as defined above subject to their meeting of quality and technical specifications.
- If the bidder is a DPIIT registered Startup, the bidder shall be relaxed from the eligibility criteria of "Bidder Turnover" as defined above subject to their meeting of quality and technical specifications.
