- The bidder must have experience for number of years as indicated above in bid document (ending month of March prior to the bid opening) of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU
- Purchase preference will be given to MSEs from the State of Bid Inviting Authority having valid Udyam Certificate
- If the bidder wants to avail themselves of the Purchase preference, the bidder must be the manufacturer / OEM of the offered product on GeM
