• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied 80% of the bid quantity of similar products in one of the last three financial years to a government organisation or public sector unit
• Bidder must be an OEM or authorised dealer of an OEM and upload a bid-specific manufacturer authorisation
• Bidder or OEM must have ISO 9001 certification and BIS registration under the Compulsory Registration Scheme for IS 1475 Part-I
