Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, requires lump-sum general maintenance of gardens, lawns, fields, nurseries and parks, including site clearing, soil preparation, mowing, watering, weeding, fertiliser and pesticide application, trimming, pruning and planting. About 5,000 plants are to be maintained. The contract runs for 2 years, extendable by up to 50 percent in quantity or duration.

Who can win it

• Average annual turnover of at least INR 79.19 lakh over the last three financial years
• At least 7 years of past experience providing similar horticulture services to government or public sector organisations
• Must have completed similar services: one at 80%, two at 50% each, or three at 40% each of the estimated cost
