South Bengal State Transport Corporation, under the Transport Department West Bengal, is buying 36,330 units of lubricants and fluids: gear lubricants conforming to IS 1118, antifreeze coolant to IS 5759, hydraulic brake fluid to IS 8654, and antiwear hydraulic oil to IS 11656. Delivery is to Durgapur within 240 to 550 days depending on the schedule. The contract is awarded schedule-wise, with six schedules, and is open only to Government sellers.

Who can win it

• Minimum average annual turnover of INR 75 lakh over the last three years, verified on GeM
• The bidder or its OEM must have regularly manufactured and supplied similar products to a Central/State Government organisation or PSU for 3 years
• The OEM of the offered product must have an average annual turnover of INR 300 lakh over the last three years
