The contract covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning, with delivery within 30 days and a 14-month warranty. It is a two-packet GeM bid with total-value-wise evaluation.

• Minimum average annual turnover of INR 6.23 lakh over the last three years
• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied similar category products to Central/State Government or PSU for 3 years
• Only Class 1 or Class 2 local suppliers under the Make in India order are eligible to bid
