The Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, invites bids for the supply of 2884 units of construction materials and paints, including cement, sand, aggregates, tiles, steel bars, and paints. Delivery is to the Divisional Forest Officer, Diglipur, North & Middle Andaman, within 15 days of order. The contract is for goods supply only, with rates inclusive of all taxes and transportation.

Who can win it

• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied same or similar products for at least 3 years to Central/State Govt or PSU
• Bidder or its OEM must have supplied 70% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years to Govt/PSU
• Only Class 1 or Class 2 local suppliers as per Make in India order are eligible; non-local suppliers not eligible
