The Indian Air Force requires the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2,624 feet of electric fence at a site about 50 km from Air Force Station Leh, Ladakh, with training of 5 operators for 30 days. Delivery is required within 90 days. The contract is a two-packet GeM bid with reverse auction among technically qualified bidders.

Who can win it

• Average annual turnover of at least INR 38.7 lakh over the last three financial years
• The bidder or its OEM must have supplied the same or similar products to a government organisation or public sector unit for 3 years
• Past project experience: one order of at least 35% of estimated bid value, or two orders of at least 20% each, or three orders of at least 15% each
